StampReady: AI Tutor killed

Decision

Remove "problem tutor" from the StampReady AI roadmap. Do not reference in marketing, in-app copy, social posts, or roadmap docs.

Why

• Unbounded multi-turn token cost; no defensible margin
• User research not justifying the premium-tier hook
• Per-question explanations (already paywalled hook) cover the same "I don't get it" need at bounded cost

What survives in the AI roadmap

• security regression scanner (no API)
• morning brief (Anthropic API)
• per-question explanations (paywall hook)

What changed in canonical

• FounderOS/active/stampready.md — current-focus item struck through
• FounderOS/projects/stampready.yaml — current_focus updated; paywall_policy.paywalled_day_one no longer lists tutor; new paywall_policy.killed section records the cut

Marketing implications

Any post or page mentioning "AI tutor" must be edited. Today's X post draft was caught and corrected before posting.
